Who we are

Lab Experiments (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a technology studio that designs and develops software, web applications, mobile apps, desktop software, and games. This policy explains how we handle personal information in connection with labexperiments.in and related product pages.

Information we collect

We collect only what is needed to operate the site and our products:

• Contact enquiries. If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, subject, and message so we can reply.
• Product purchases. If you buy Aggregator Full Access, we collect the email address you provide so we can match your UPI payment and unlock your account. Payment is completed through your UPI app; we do not store your UPI PIN, bank password, or full payment-instrument secrets.
• Product accounts. Some applications (including Alert Manager and Aggregator) use cloud authentication so you can sign in across machines. Account identifiers, credentials handled by the authentication provider, and the data you create in the product (for example alerts or imported return figures) are stored to provide that service.
• Technical logs. Our hosting environment may record standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps. These are used for security, reliability, and diagnosing faults.

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics scripts.

How we use information

We use the information above to:

• Respond to enquiries and provide support
• Fulfil purchases and unlock paid product access
• Operate, maintain, and improve our products and this website
• Protect against abuse, fraud, and unauthorised access
• Meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations where they apply

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the studio, and only as needed for that purpose:

• Website and email hosting
• Cloud authentication and application databases for products that require accounts
• UPI payment rails when you choose to pay for a product

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Lab Experiments or others.

Retention and security

Contact messages are kept as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up. Purchase records are kept for licence fulfilment and accounting. Product account data is kept while the account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards if needed for support or legal reasons.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use strong unique passwords for product accounts and contact us if you suspect unauthorised access.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to legal retention requirements. To make a request, email contactforge@labexperiments.in.

This site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for marketing or account creation on this website.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page will change when we do. Continued use of the website or products after an update means the revised policy applies to that use.
