These terms govern use of the Lab Experiments website, product pages, downloads, and paid access.

Agreement

By using labexperiments.in or purchasing access to a Lab Experiments product, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the products.

The website

This website is a public catalogue of Lab Experiments software, applications, and games. Product descriptions, versions, prices, and availability may change without notice. We may update, suspend, or remove pages, downloads, or checkout flows at any time.

Content on this site is provided for information. It is not legal, tax, or professional advice.

Products and licences

Desktop installers, mobile applications, and games remain the property of Lab Experiments unless a product page says otherwise. A download or purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that product as described on its page.

  • You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute a product except as allowed by law.
  • Organisation-scoped tools (such as Alert Manager) are licensed for authorised users in that organisation.
  • Some products store data locally; others use cloud accounts. You are responsible for the data you enter.

Payments

Paid upgrades (including Aggregator Premium and Alert Manager subscriptions) are completed through UPI. Prices are shown in Indian rupees on the checkout page. Payment is confirmed manually after we verify the UPI credit; access is then unlocked on the account email you provide.

Provide the same email you use to sign in to the product. We are not responsible for delay or failed unlock caused by an incorrect email, a payment that cannot be matched, or a UPI transfer that does not arrive.

Refund requests are considered case by case. Contact us promptly if you were charged in error or did not receive access after a confirmed payment.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the contact or payment-notice forms, including automated or deceptive submissions
  • Attempt to break, overload, or probe the website or product backends without permission
  • Use our products for unlawful activity
  • Misrepresent your identity when requesting support or paid access

Disclaimer

The website and products are provided “as is”. We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Lab Experiments is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit, or business arising from use of the site or products.

Our total liability for a paid product is limited to the amount you paid for that product in the three months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the website or products after an update means the revised terms apply to that use.
